Michael Lague, General Manager

Michael joined our Atlas Glen-mor team as General Manager in 2011. Previously, Michael was General Manager for Suburban/Agway Energy Services where he managed operations providing heating oil, propane and HVAC services. He brings over 20 years of industry experience including home construction services. He is a member of the Massachusetts Oil Heat Council and Propane Gas Association of New England. We are excited to have Michael on board.

Diane Manuel, Customer Service Manager

Diane oversees our quality customer service. A native of Saugus, Diane has been with the company since 1986. She oversees a dedicated team, which is staffed 24 hours a day and includes multilingual agents. Diane has seen many changes in the industry and knows how to satisfy customers and keep referrals, Atlas Glen-mor's top source of new business.

Paul O’Keefe, Service Manager

Paul is responsible for Atlas's Service Department. He is part of the National Association of Oil Heat Service Managers and boasts over 40 years of experience in the industry. Paul oversees Atlas Glen-mor's team of over 50 technicians and recognizes the importance of keeping his team trained on the most current equipment and industry standards.

Kristen Capone, Sales Manager

Kristen manages the day-to-day operation of the Sales Department which includes keeping representatives at Atlas Glen-mor trained and focused on customer satisfaction. Kristen is busy exploring new services to offer to our customers and developing new programs. Kristen is also a member of the South Shore Chamber of Commerce.

Ed Otis, Delivery Manager

Ed handles the daily operations of Atlas Glen-mor's Oil Delivery Department. He oversees the fleet of trucks and the logistics of meeting the fuel needs of our customers. He is a member of Massachusetts’ Motor Carriers Association, is credited as a Hazmat Material Technician by the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency and has an OSHA HAZWOPER certification. Ed manages our on-site garage where we service our vehicles and is also responsible for the safety of our employees.

Tom DeLucia, Accounting Manager

Tom has been with the company for over 10 years. He handles all aspects of Atlas Glen-mor’s Accounting Department, and also manages Human Resources at a local level.

Michael Sherr, Home Services Manager

Michael oversees the daily operations of our Home Services Department, which includes our plumbing and electrical divisions. It is Michael's responsibility to make sure our technicians have had the proper training and are up to speed on the latest products.
